Dealer online is a web-based interface, which enables the dealers to obtain various kinds of reports and forms.

EasyCare vehicle service contracts, which are a product of APCO, are offered on most of the models of cars, trucks, and recreational vehicles. These contracts cover the cost of repairing or replacing components, which suffer mechanical and electrical  failure, after the manufacturers' warranty expires. Vehicle service contracts are available in a variety of terms, levels of coverage and deductible options, to accommodate the needs of the driving public. Since the dealers are responsible for selling contracts for the automobiles, this system helps them view the status of those contracts and warranties. Through Dealer Online, they can also view various kinds of statements, download online forms, and communicate with other dealer web users, APCO, agents.
How Do I Sign In
  • You first need to have an UserId and Password to access Dealer Online website.
  • Enter your User ID and the default password in the User Id and the Password text boxes respectively. Next, click the Sign In button.
  • The next screen takes you to a Change Password screen. Follow these steps to change your password:
    • Enter your default password in the Old Password text box.
    • Next, enter your new password in the New password text box.
    • Re-enter your new password in the Confirm New Password text box. Click OK
  • After you successfully change your password, the resultant screen takes you to a Profile page, where you enter your personal details.
  • Subsequently, you are logged on to the home page of the Dealer Online site.
